About us

Architecture has been our passion for over 20 years. We gained experience in several studios in Warsaw, where we jointly designed and built numerous buildings with various functions. Our professional paths first crossed at Stanisław Sołtyk’s studio in the late 1990s. Since then, we have been friends and support each other professionally. In 2015, we decided to join forces and create the Kwadratura studio.

We put dreams on paper so they can become a reality. We approach each project individually and strive to ensure it responds to the client’s needs. We advise our clients on how to manage the investment process. A key aspect of our work is the economics of the projects we build. We find a balance between functional and aesthetic values. Architecture is not only about meeting basic residential or utility needs, but also about creating space and ambiance, providing a sensory experience.

We provide professional investment services, collaborating with experienced industry designers in the fields of construction, plumbing, ventilation, and electrical systems, as well as cost estimation services. During the implementation stage, we cooperate with contractors and provide author’s supervision.
