Agnieszka Bojdecka
Shortly after graduation, I was fortunate to join the team of outstanding architects Grażyna and Włodzimierz Witaszewscy, designers and co-designers of Warsaw’s Ursynów district.
Years of work at Pro Witaszewscy Architekci allowed me to gain experience under the guidance of excellent mentors. They taught me that the creative process is a team effort. An architect doesn’t just create their own visions; they respond to needs. Discovering these needs, work with Investors and co-designers, is a fascinating path to discovering also oneself, one’s fascinations, and possibilities.
The work of an architect is a balancing act between art and craft, engineering and fantastic visions, impossible to realize. The design process is about finding the right path for the Investor to pursue to achieve their goal.
Today, I can once again talk about luck, because my friends and I form a great team called Kwadratura. Our personalities, temperaments, and skills fully complement each other, and working together brings lots of satisfaction.
